Documents Required:

1. Copy of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
2. Copy of Address Proof (Aadhaar Card is valid; alternatively, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Landline Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, or Gas Bill may be provided).
   # Address proof should not be older than 3 months.
3. Passport-sized Colored Photographs
4. Bank Proof
   # Canceled cheque with printed name, OR
   # Latest bank statement in PDF format, OR
   # Bank passbook (first and latest transaction page).
5. Additional Documents for Trading in Derivatives: Provide one copy of any of the following:
   # Latest pay slip
   # Form 16 or latest IT Returns
   # Latest 6-month bank statement
   # Copy of Demat holdings with any other broker (if applicable).

Account Opening Charges

• Cheque: Issue one cheque in favor of “SOUTH ASIAN STOCKS LTD.” for ₹200/-.
• Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC): ₹200/- + GST @ 18% for the Demat Account (applicable from the 2nd year onwards).
  # No AMC for Trading and Commodity accounts.

Account Opening Procedure

Download and Courier:

1. You can download the Account Opening Forms from our website under the Downloads >> Account Opening section.
2. Print the form, fill in the required information, sign in the designated areas, and attach copies of the required documents.
3. Once completed, courier the form(s) to the following address:
   SOUTH ASIAN STOCKS LTD.
   3rd Floor, Building No. 5,
   Local Shopping Complex,
   Rishabh Vihar,
   Near Karkarduma Metro Station,
   East Delhi – 110092.

Please note that courier charges of ₹100/- along with account opening charges will be applicable.

Processing Your Documents

• Once your KYC form and supporting documents are received, they will be reviewed and processed.
• If there are any discrepancies or missing documents, you will be notified via call or email.
• After all documentation and processing are complete, your account will be ready for trading the next day.

Note: Your trading account will be activated within 24 working hours after receiving your account opening forms and completing all mandatory checks.
