Corporate account opening

Please attach the following documents along with the corporate account opening form:

  1. Company PAN Card Copy
  2. Company Address Proof (e.g., Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.)
  3. Company Bank Proof (e.g., Cancelled cheque with the name printed on it, Bank Account Statement, or Passbook copy showing IFSC/MICR, Account Holder Name, and Account Number)
  4. Balance Sheets for the last two financial years (to be submitted annually)
  5. Photograph, POI (Proof of Identity), POA (Proof of Address), PAN, and DIN (Director Identification Number):
    # For whole-time directors or two directors in charge of daily operations.
    # For individual promoters holding control, either directly or indirectly.
  6. Memorandum and Articles of Association along with the Certificate of Incorporation.
  7. A Board Resolution authorizing investment in the securities market.
  8. Authorized Signatories List with specimen signatures and photographs.
  9. Latest Shareholding Pattern, including a list of all individuals holding control (directly or indirectly) in the company, as per SEBI Takeover Regulations, duly certified by the company secretary, Whole-Time Director, or Managing Director (to be submitted annually).
  10. Basic Details such as:
    # Mobile Number
    # Email ID
    # Nature of Business
    # Income Range
    # Net Worth
  11. List of Directors on company letterhead.
  12. Form 32 (if there has been any change in directors).
  13. Annexure B: Details of other members, including their photo and signature, along with the company stamp.

Applicable Fees:-

  • Account Opening Fee for Equity Trading: ₹200
  • Demat Account Fee: ₹200
  • Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for Demat Account: ₹1000 + GST per annum

Note: All documents must be self-attested and include official stamps.
