   # Last 6 months’ bank statement in PDF format, reflecting the bank’s logo, branch address, IFSC, MICR codes, etc.
5. Address Proof of Karta
6. Photograph and Details on Form:
   # On Page No. 8 of the Trading Form and Page Nos. 1 & 3 of the Demat Form:
   # Paste a passport-sized photograph of the Karta.
   # Cross-sign over the photograph.
   # Fill in the Karta’s details and the Co-Partner details of the HUF.
7. HUF Deed

Applicable Fees:-

• Account Opening Fee for Equity Trading: ₹200
• Demat Account Fee: ₹200
• Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for Demat Account: ₹200 + GST per annum

Points To Remember:-

• All documents must be self-attested with the HUF stamp, except for photographs.
• On Page No. 8 of the Trading Form and Page Nos. 1 & 3 of the Demat Form:
  # Paste a passport-sized photograph of the Karta.
  # Ensure the Karta cross-signs over the photograph.
