1. Copy of the Partnership Firm’s PAN Card.
2. Address proof (e.g., Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.).
3. Bank proof (e.g., Cancelled cheque with the name printed on it, Bank Account Statement, or Passbook copy showing IFSC/MICR, Account Holder Name, and Account Number).
4. Copy of the balance sheets for the last two financial years (to be submitted annually).
5. Certificate of Registration (for registered partnership firms only).
6. Copy of the Partnership Deed.
7. List of authorized signatories, along with specimen signatures and photographs.
8. Photograph, Proof of Identity (POI), Proof of Address (POA), and PAN copies of all partners.
9. Basic details of the firm, including:

   # Email ID
   # Nature of Business
   # Income Range
   #Net Worth
10. Undertaking by partners authorizing account opening, mentioning the name of the partner authorized to act on behalf of the partnership firm.
11. Annexure B: Details of all other members, including their photo, signature, and the firm’s stamp.

Applicable Fees:-

• Account Opening Fee for Equity Trading: ₹200
• Demat Account Fee: ₹200
• Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) on Demat Account: ₹1000 + GST per annum
