- Copy of the Partnership Firm’s PAN Card.
- Address proof (e.g., Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.).
- Bank proof (e.g., Cancelled cheque with the name printed on it, Bank Account Statement, or Passbook copy showing IFSC/MICR, Account Holder Name, and Account Number).
- Copy of the balance sheets for the last two financial years (to be submitted annually).
- Certificate of Registration (for registered partnership firms only).
- Copy of the Partnership Deed.
- List of authorized signatories, along with specimen signatures and photographs.
- Photograph, Proof of Identity (POI), Proof of Address (POA), and PAN copies of all partners.

Applicable Fees:-
- Account Opening Fee for Equity Trading: ₹200
- Demat Account Fee: ₹200
- Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) on Demat Account: ₹1000 + GST per annum
