Don’t worry if you ever forget your password. A new password for the Online Back Office can be generated by following these simple steps:

1. On the login screen, click on Login without entering any details.
2. Click on Forgot My User ID or Password.
3. Enter the requested details.
4. Click on Send Request.
5. A new password will be sent to your registered email ID instantly.

Once logged in, you can change your password as well.
