How can I set my password for first-time login?

Please follow the steps below to reset your password on our trading platforms.

For Stocko App and Stocko Web.

1. Open any of the following platforms:

 

2. On the login page, click on “Forgot Password / Reset Password.”
3. Enter your Client ID and PAN. (Note: Your Client ID is your Login ID).
4. OTP will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
5. Enter the OTP and proceed to create a new password.

For NEST  Trader

1. Open NEST Trader.
2. Click on “Reset Password.”
3. Enter the following details:

  • Login ID
  • Email ID
  • Date of Birth
  • PAN Card Number

 

4. OTP will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
5. Enter the OTP and click on “Validate OTP.”
6. Create a new password following the same password guidelines mentioned above.
7. Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field and submit.

 

Password Guidelines

Please ensure your new password meets the following criteria:

  • Length should be 6 to 12 characters
  • Must include at least one special character (e.g., @, #)
  • Must be a combination of letters and numbers
  • Must not contain any numeric digits from your Client ID
  • Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  • Click Submit. Your new password will be created successfully.
  • Password Expiry: Passwords will expire every 90 days for security reasons
